New Favorite: Seagrove Coyote

Even though the Seagrove Coyote has only been open a few weeks, it’s already one of my favorite places to grab a quick dinner or lunch on the weekend. It’s next door to La Botana (near the fork) and is delicious but inexpensive mexican fare. I love anything with avocados right now, and the guacamole didn’t disappoint. It was so good I could’ve eaten just a bowl of it by itself.

The chicken quesadilla I sampled and the Coyote Burrito I tried to finish were so tasty and filling. Not only is the food really great, but the people are nice, the music is fun and I can usually make it out without spending over $10 bucks. Fabulous!

I totally agree! I think the Seagrove Coyote is fab as well – inexpensive, good quality, consistent! I’m craving the Coyote tacos right at this moment, actually! :) I did a little write up on the site about them if you haven’t read it – check it out!
